1、 Main structural composition

1. Valve body and valve cover

*Adopting integral or split structure, the integral valve body has high strength and good sealing performance, while the split structure is easy to disassemble and maintain.

*The valve bottom is equipped with a gate pressing device to ensure that the gate is tightly attached to the valve seat when closed, thereby improving the sealing performance.

*The clamp type connection design is compact in structure, lightweight, and easy to install.

2. Gate and valve stem

*Gate:

*Adopting a knife shaped design with a wedge-shaped oblique cut at the bottom, it can shear solid particles and prevent medium blockage.

*Stainless steel or carbon steel chrome plated materials are commonly used to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

*Rigid gate is suitable for high-pressure working conditions, while elastic gate can fine tune the sealing surface to enhance sealing performance.

*Valve stem:

*Adopting a concealed rod structure, the nut is fixed on the gate plate, and the electric device drives the valve stem to rotate, driving the gate plate to rise and fall.

*The valve stem body does not move up and down with the gate plate, reducing the occupied space.

*Floating seals are used in key areas to reduce frictional resistance and improve service life.

3. Sealing system

*Main seal:

*Soft seal (rubber, PTFE): suitable for low temperature and low pressure applications that require high sealing performance.

*Hard seal (hard alloy): resistant to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for corrosive media.

*Upper seal:

*Using circular sealing instead of traditional rectangular sealing, combined with floating sealing technology, to improve sealing performance.

*Packing seal:

*Adopting O-ring pre tightening design, combined with polytetrafluoroethylene or flexible graphite packing, to achieve automatic wear compensation.

2、 Electric drive device

*Power supply: AC380V/50Hz, protection level IP65 (optional IP67).

*Explosion proof option: Optional Ex D Ⅱ BT4/CT4 explosion-proof type, suitable for flammable and explosive environments.

*Control mode: Supports remote control and opening adjustment, with an error range of ≤ 1.0mm.

2. Transmission characteristics

*Using a multi turn electric actuator to drive the valve stem to rotate, achieving smooth lifting and lowering of the gate.

*Adopting a handwheel cover design to prevent external dust from entering and prevent lubricating oil from drying up and causing jamming.

3、 Special structural optimization

1. Design of guide block

*The valve body is equipped with a guide block to accurately align the gate with the valve seat, improving the sealing effect.

2. Non grooved valve chamber

*Design and optimize the valve chamber structure to avoid medium deposition and reduce the risk of blockage.

3. Self locking function

*Equipped with a self-locking mechanism to prevent displacement of the gate due to pressure fluctuations or vibrations.

4、 Applicable scenarios

*Suitable for media containing solid particles such as coal ash, pulp, slag, sewage, etc.

*Work pressure: 0.6-2.5MPa.

*Applicable temperature range: -29 ℃ to 650 ℃ (depending on the sealing material).
